The Pacific Inn
We expect this to be our main accommodation for guests. The drive to the wedding venue is around 20 minutes. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk or shuttle ride away. The area is relaxed and it is easy to wander.
Guests are invited to call to reserve a room with the Hellman-Zimmerman wedding block.
A room block has been set aside to reserve rooms for the nights of March 27 and March 28.
There are rooms with two queen beds or rooms with one king bed available.
The block is for a discounted rate of $179.99 per night plus tax. Parking is complimentary and hot breakfast is included.
Payment: Guests will call in to reserve and guarantee rooms with personal credit cards. Full payment for the rooms will be taken at check-in by each guest. The cut-off date is February 27, 2026 at 5pm. Any rooms booked after cut-off date will not be guaranteed group rate. One pre-authorized hold will be placed on each room upon check-in for hotel incidentals.
Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation deadlines apply:
Individual Cancellations (1–3 rooms): Must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Group Cancellations (5+ rooms): Must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Any cancellations received after the specified deadlines will result in a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night's room and tax, charged to the individual guest. The Group Coordinator shall not be held liable for any individual cancellations. Each guest is solely responsible for modifying or canceling their own reservation and will have to pay the penalty.
Ocean Surf Inn and Suites
For those who wish to be in very close proximity to the beach. This is a simpler and very laid-back accommodation with a "sand between your toes" feeling. The drive to The Ebell is about 25-30 minutes.
When you book on the "Guest Information" page there is a box next to the name field for special request.
Add code 'Hel15' in the special request box to receive a 15% discount.
